Tony Encinias
CTO
Tony Encinias was named Chief Technology Officer for the Commonwealth - Office for Information Technology on March 3, 2008. He has over 20 years of experience as a United States Naval Officer, with over 15 years in information technology management with the Department of Defense. As Program Director with the Defense Information Systems Agency, Computing Services Directorate, Tony oversaw the total enterprise SAS 70 audit operations encompassing 17 computer centers spread across the United States, Europe, and Hawaii. In addition, Tony served as the Executive Officer of the Defense Enterprise Computing Center, Mechanicsburg.
